Personal information/data we collect and process.
When you visit our website, we may collect certain information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, and operating system. We may also use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing behavior and preferences. This information is used to analyze trends, administer the site, track users’ movements around the site, and gather demographic information about our user base.

When you order an online course on our website, we will collect your name, email address, billing address, and payment method.

We may also ask for your phone number or other contact information such as your Company and Job Position to facilitate the purchase process.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the Personal Data you submit to EcoSkills. If you provide non-valid data, you will not be able to use the Site properly and it will affect our ability to contact with you.   • when you place an order and register an account: When users complete a purchase and they enroll to a course, they are requested to add their personal data and create a personal account to attend their online course on the training platform. Users may use their LinkedIn, Facebook, or Google credentials to create a personal account.
  • Discussions/Groups: EcoSkills may offer options for users to participate in groups either in private or publicly to share thoughts, ideas, and comments. They may be requested to provide their name and email address. It is not required to add any personal information that is considered sensitive as these groups can be sometimes publicly available.
  • Third Party Sites: Personal data is collected when there is access or log-in to a third-party site, e.g. LinkedIn from our site. This may include the text and/or images of your Personal Data available from the third-party site.
  • Third Party Payment Processing: EcoSkills offers you the ability to pay for our Online Courses using a credit card or other methods through a third-party payment processing service provider (Stripe /PayPal). Our service provider – not EcoSkills– collects and processes your financial information.
  • Cookies: We use cookies when you visit our site. You can be informed in detail about cookies at https://www.ecoskills.com/cookie-policy. You can choose to accept cookies or not. If, however, you do not accept cookies, you may experience some inconvenience in your use of the Online Services.
